We are members of the Institute of Paralegals and our Principal Consultants have been elected to Fellowship of the Institute, having proven their appropriate experience and through the  maintenance of continuing professional development; each one also holds Certified Paralegal status.

 

All our Consultants have many years of appropriate experience and will take the time necessary to ensure that you have a full understanding of the important matters you need to consider when setting out your wishes.

 

We are members of the European Assocoiation of Will Writers & Estate Planners, so you can be assured that the advice provided will be current and that appropriate Professional Indemnity insurance is in place to protect your interests.

 

We hold Professional Indemnity cover of £2m per claim and Public Liability cover of £5m per claim. We have not had any claim made against us under either cover.

 

We maintain strategic partnerships with other industry leading businesses to ensure that our clients can enjoy the highest of standards in the provision of related services such as Document Storage, Probate Services, Executor Services, Funeral Planning, Financial Planning and Tax Advice.
